"They pretty much always have what I need"
Every time I go in, they seem to have what I’m looking for, which to me means the stock is always good. I mean, I haven’t checked everything in the store obviously, but if they have my stuff, that’s good enough for me

"Shipping was quicker than I thought"
I ordered a few things from earthhero and figured I’d be waiting a bit, but the package showed up way faster than I expected.
The tracking was easy to follow, and everything arrived in just a couple days. The box was in good shape too, with nothing missing or damaged.
i was impressed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the shipping was smooth and quick, so I’d definitely order from them again

I like shopping on EarthHero because they actually show where things come from and seem to be selective about the brands they carry. I mean, I’m not an expert on every product or anything, but it does make me feel more confident that I’m not buying something made in a sketchy way. My order went smoothly too, so overall it felt like a good place to buy from

"Got it sorted, but it took a while"
I had an issue with my order it took longer than I’d hoped to get a response. Customer service did end up fixing it, which I definitely appreciate, but the waiting part was frustrating. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as I’d expected.

"Decent place for gifts, but could be smoother"
I found a nice gift here, so I’ll give them credit for that. The only thing is the shipping felt slower than it probably should’ve been, and the checkout process was more confusing than necessary. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I do think if you’re taking people’s money, it’s only fair to make the buying process clear and keep customers updated. Fine in the end, just room to do better.

"Refund ended up being super simple"
I had to send something back because it just wasn’t the right fit for me, i was already bracing myself for the whole refund headache before it even started. You know how that can go. But EarthHero got back to me quickly, and then a few days later the money was back on my card. I remember checking my account while doing something totally unrelated and thinking, oh, that’s already done? No annoying back-and-forth, no weird extra questions, just handled. Really appreciated how easy it was.

"Backorder updates were, like, a bit slow"
So, yeah, it definitely took a while to get updates about the backorder, which was kind of frustrating. But, um, they did eventually explain what was going on, so that helped a bit.

"Got exactly what I ordered"
My order from EarthHero showed up with everything I picked out, and nothing was missing or mixed up. Even the little details like colors and sizes were correct, which isn’t always the case with a lot of online shops. It was straightforward, but compared to some places where you have to double-check everything, this felt easy. I’d order from them again...

"Nice stuff, but my wallet noticed"
I ordered a few kitchen and bathroom things from EarthHero, mostly reusable items, and the quality surprised me a bit. Nothing showed up feeling cheap or like it was going to fall apart right away, so I’ll give them that.
I’ve been using the dish brush and some storage bags for a few weeks now, and they’ve held up really well. The packaging was simple too, which I appreciated, because nobody needs a box inside a box inside another box.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the pricing. Some of it is definitely on the high side, and I’m going to blame EarthHero a little for making good stuff that also makes me question my budget. Still, I’d probably order again

I had a small issue and expected it to turn into one of those frustrating back-and-forth situations, but they replied really quickly and fixed it right away. I just remember feeling relieved because it was so simple and handled without any stress.

"Nice discount and checkout was painless"
I grabbed a few eco-friendly things from EarthHero during a promo and ended up saving more than I thought I would. The code went through at checkout without any drama, which I always appreciate. Shipping was reasonable too. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a handful of pretzels while ordering and kept thinking the discount felt like a little bonus snack money. I’ll probably check back next time they’re running a deal.

The rewards program is okay overall. It’s not exactly exciting, and the points take a while before you can really use them, but I suppose it’s still better than getting nothing.

I ordered a few kitchen things from here, and to be honest, I don’t get why people are so quick to be skeptical of eco shops like this. They were really clear about the materials, shipping was straightforward, and the prices felt fair. The package also didn’t come stuffed with weird plastic, which I appreciated. It’s just nice to find a place that actually lines up with my sustainability standards without feeling shady or overpriced.

"Good stuff, but shipping was SLOW"
I’m happy with what I ordered overall, but the delivery was definitely not the best. The tracking didn’t update on time, and the box ended up showing up 3 days later than the date it originally gave me. Thankfully, nothing was damaged, so that was a relief. I just wish the shipping info had been MORE accurate.

"Easy to use, but fair warning—you might browse longer than planned"
Shopping on EarthHero was easy. The menus actually made sense, the search was quick, and I liked that the product details weren’t buried in random tabs. Checkout was smooth too, without any weird or confusing steps. The filters were helpful and actually narrowed things down the way I wanted. Fair warning though: because the site is so clean and easy to use, you might end up browsing longer than you meant to.
